Space Centre launch for Be Clear

An exciting and unusual event took place at the National Space Centre when Leicester businesswoman Christine Searancke launched her first book ‘Be clear – how to communicate successfully’. Over 100 people attended the event, with many coming from Birmingham and London as well as Leicester, drawn by a combination of an unusual event and an unusual venue.

Guests were greeted with space cocktails as they networked and puzzled over games and conundrums. The excitement then built as they were taken through a voice warm-up by Ingrid St Clare. With the audience mimicking the sound of a space rocket, Christine launched into an entertaining account of the books creation.

Stephen Woolfe, President of Leicestershire Chamber of Commerce proudly cut the ribbon on the first copy. Stephen said "Christine’s book is of significant importance as it demonstrates the increasingly forward thinking emphasis within the local business community".

Be Clear works with businesses across the country helping with all kinds of communication, particularly writing responses to invitations to tender, drafting presentations and preparing for important meetings. Christine said "The book outlines the Be Clear Seven Stage Process™ which we use in all of our consultancy work."

John Norman of Prima Solutions said "It was a really great evening. Just the sort of thing you expect from Be Clear – memorable, interesting and informative."
